Details:

None of the mounting points are broken. Structurally, its good to go. The second day I owned this bike, caught it with my boot trying to put kickstand down and broke off. Theres also a corner that is near the kickstand broken off.

I repaired this using a product called Playtex, then painted and applied new oem decal. The inside is ugly, but outside, theres only a crack in paint now. This came off my bike at 22k miles, so there are lots of marks along the bottom from road debris typical such mileage. Both of these things are shown in the pictures.

This part does have some damage. Msrp for this item is I had a car pull out in front of me and it was so close the frame slider broken off knocked hole fairing. I never missed it. This is an oem part, not a reproduction.
