These have been wrapped in blankets since they were removed. These both contain the top and bottoms with all new latching systems still installed. The rubbers are there, but missed pictures.

These are both in excellent condition with no paint scuffs or scratches, and neither bag needs anything except your lock installed. This is a new set of 2014 to 2018 Harley Davidson Touring model saddlebags that are ready use. These were removed from a 2017 road glide with 50 miles on it when the bike underwent complete custom build.

These are complete bags, not just shells.
